Stay in an 18th-century Georgian building close to Loch Fyne
Arkland Holiday Apartments has two flats in an 18th-century Georgian building in a quiet lane in the picturesque small town of Inveraray. A two-minute stroll brings you to the shores of Loch Fyne, one of the longest sea lochs in Scotland. The ground-floor flat has two bedrooms: a double bedroom with an ensuite shower and a double bedroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, suitable for older people and less abled).
The kitchen and lounge have everything you could want for your stay, and to the rear of the house, there is a lovely sun studio/porch extension with views over the garden, including a bird table where the blue tits, siskins and chaMinches congregate. The first-floor flat consists of two bedrooms: a family bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a double bedroom with one double bed and an ensuite shower.
The flat is spacious and light, with an open-plan style, including a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. Walkers are very welcome. Arkland is in a good location for walking, with numerous forestry, lochside, and mountain tracks nearby. Bikers and Cyclists are also welcome, and Arkland has a secure shed for bikes. Longer-term stays are available on request.
