Explore wonderful Kintyre from the comfort of our beautiful self-catering properties located on stunning Torrisdale Castle Estate. We are on the east coast of the Kintyre peninsula and enjoy stunning views over the Kilbrannan Sound, to the Island of Arran. The estate is lush and sheltered with easy access to a beautiful beach which is very safe for swimming and water activities. Our accommodation comprises a luxurious castle apartment which sleeps six, two cosy cottages and two eco-bothies, all sleeping two, very comfortably. Our castle apartment has its very own riverside spa, including a wood fueled hot tub and a barrel sauna. Garden Cottage also has a wood fuelled hot tub. The estate also boasts a sustainable distillery where Kintyre Gin is produced, alongside a range of craft spirits. Guests can enjoy gin tours and even gin school where you blend your very own bespoke spirit to take away. The distillery has a delightful cafe which serves light lunches and homebaking. It’s a short walk from all the properties. It’s no surprise that guests come again and again to Torrisdale Castle Estate. You can immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of our unique wee corner of Kintyre and do as much or as little as you like.
