The waters around Oban represent one of the world's most amazing sea kayak destinations, with everything from idyllic sheltered shores to wild tidal races. Scotland’s liberal access laws mean it’s perfectly possible to camp on your own desert island. There is a great range of wildlife from otters to whales, via sea eagles, seals and basking sharks.
Our day trips include gentle half-day experiences suitable for complete beginners keen to enjoy the area from a different perspective, and longer experience days for those wanting to explore further afield. For the more experienced and adventurous we offer overnight expeditions, including multi-day wild camping on remote islands.
Our coached courses can teach you from scratch, build your confidence, or take you into challenging waters, all while surrounded by beautiful scenery. We use only highly qualified, experienced guides and instructors. Each of them brings their own knowledge and expertise, to help make sure you get the most out of your time on the water.
