IslayCocoa chocolates are handcrafted by Emma from her home at Laphroaig on the island of Islay. A passionate foodie with a love of local produce and the place she lives. All about the taste, food from the heart using only the finest ingredients. Chocolates include ingredients from the excellent local producers Orsay Sea Salt, Island Bakehouse Jura sourdough, Argyll Coffee and Deer Island Rum. The cacao is from ethical and sustainable sources and Fino de Aroma beans. A range of chocolates from Great Taste award winning salted caramels, to bars and hot chocolate spoons are offered from stockists on Islay, Argyll and the website.
